Preparation
Make a paste of oats and whole wheat atta using little water (just like dosa batter). Add onion, ginger green chillies, fresh coriander
leaves, cabbage and carrot (chopped/grated). Add salt to taste. Stir and mix them well to make a batter. Heat up the non stick tawa
spread some white oil and pour the batter by using spoon. Spread the batter to make the shape of an uttapam. When the colour
changes to golden brown turn and brown the other side. Serve hot with chutney or tomato sauce. You can also spread some
sprouted moong on the top of Oats Uttapam while cooking.
